• Usage data: Basic analytics (pages visited, time on site) to improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate your personalized relocation report.
• To send you your report and related communications.
• To process payments for paid reports.
• To improve our AI model and service quality (using anonymized, aggregated data only).

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe: For payment processing.
• Supabase: For secure data storage.
• Anthropic (Claude AI): Your questionnaire answers are sent to generate your report. No personal identifiers are included in AI prompts.

4. Data Retention

Your questionnaire responses and reports are retained for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@reloca.ai.
