Brazil was not a leap into the unknown for us. We had been investing in Fortaleza for years, on the coast, around the Port of Pecém and in the Guaramiranga mountains, long before we moved our family here with our two teenagers.
The founder is a father of two, a CRECI-licensed real-estate professional and builder with more than 25 years of living and working across the USA, France, Spain and Brazil. Land titles, permits, construction, residency, schooling: everything we offer families, we have done ourselves.
